Planned to see Hanoi major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The venue was next to Hanoi downtown.

Rooms and food were fab, I loved that. I stayed in the room that was upgraded free of charge and available with the balcony and TV too. You could walk to the shops and the markets. Friendly reception. Besides, public parking nearby was very welcome...
